The Department of Education (DepEd) has recorded 44,102 employees who “self-reported” their vaccination status.

DepEd showed the record on its Facebook post on July 28, Wednesday.
“44,012 DepEd personnel have self-reported their vaccination status as of July 26, 2021!,” stated by the Facebook post. This includes 39,749 teaching personnel and 4,263 non-teaching employees.
The agency further encouraged its teaching and non-teaching personnel to report the information and status of their vaccination against coronavirus disease (COVID-19), including those who have not yet received their first dose through DepEd’s Mobile App.
Recently, DepEd has developed its own mobile app to give its personnel and teachers a hassle-free and contactless way of handing out their vaccination status.
We urgently need the situationer on the ground to enable the Department in planning for SY (School Year) 2021-2022,
DepEd said.
