Errors in learning modules may have been avoided if DepEd has set up a ‘proper system’ - VP Robredo

In Vice President Leni Robredo’s weekly radio program, on Thursday, she stressed that there would not have been any errors in the learning modules distributed by the Department of Education (DepEd) if the agency only had a proper system in place.

She said that errors in learning modules will happen if there is a lack of attention to detail.
she said in her DZXL radio program.

She also said that the errors would have been noticed early on if they had a good system and that such errors which are not supposed to be in the modules would have been arrested.

Robredo added that the appearance of errors in learning modules highlights the importance of supervision by tutors and teachers of students answering the modules.
In October 2020, Robredo and the Office of the Vice President (OVP) launched its Community Learning Hubs to support learners in their studies through free access to computers, gadgets, equipment, and the internet, as well as tutors. It has currently 60 sites nationwide.
