The regions with the highest number of registered learners were from Calabarzon, Region VII and Region 6.
Due to the COVDI-19 pandemic, DepEd is conducting remote applications through online and texting. On the other hand, it said that physical registrations may be allowed in schools and barangays with low-risk of COVID-19 infection for as long as public health and safety protocols are strictly implemented.
DepEd said that only incoming students in Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 7, and Grade 11 are allowed to participate in the early registration and students in Grades 2 to 6, 8 to 10, and 12 are already considered pre-registered and will need to enroll once DepEd announces the enrollment period for SY 2021-2022.
