Ang TESDA Online Program (TOP) ay para sa lahat, ma pa out-of school youth, college students, OFW’s, may trabaho o wala, kahit mga professional na naghahangad madagdagdagan ang kanilang nalalaman. Ang programang ito ay hindi nangangaylangan ng physical attendance dahil gagawin ito online, walang mga librong dapat bilhin, walang teacher na magtuturo, walang exams at higit sa lahat ito ay libre.

Maaring mag-aral sa araw at oras na iyong nais gamit lamang ang iyong computer, laptop o smartphone. Maari ding mag-enroll ng lahat ng courses na iyong nais at tapusin ito kahit anong oras mo gusto.
