Kuya Wil sells exensive car to help victims affected by typhoon

Willie Revillame sold his P12 million worth of expensive car for P7 million and donated it to the victims of the recent typhoon.

In his show Wowowin-Tutok To Win, he said that he will add another P3 million to make it P10 million which he will divide to donate it to people of Montalban and Marikina victims, each will receive P5 million. 

Willie explained that he wanted to give back the blessings he received as he still continued to have work and stayed healthy despite the coronavirus pandemic. 

Sinasabi ko lang ang totoo, baka sabihin nila nagyayabang ako...aanhin ko ang magandang kotse kung marami akong kababayang naghihirap. Kahit magbenta pa ng mga pag-aari na hindi mo na kailangan, I think this is the right time,

said Willie. 

(I'm just saying what is true, I hope they won't think that I'm boasting. What good is it to me to have a beautiful car if my fellow countrymen are suffering. I think this is the right time to sell material things that you don't need [for donation].)
